I noticed that the 3 different sounds that you need for the Lepitaurs is all over the place. Some are in ptzfiles and some are in the resource directory. When I adopted Lepitaurs from Shade I noticed that she uses an amazing format: put all the sounds in a sound folder in resource! While this is really neat and organized, what are the benefits and downsides to this? Surely adopting out creatures now becomes more annoying for others? Did you also modify the Lepitaur breed file then?

I forgot I put the files in a strange place. I modified my breed file. So all lepitaurs bred/adopted from the file I use trace the sounds to where I put them
As you pointed out it can cause issues with adopting out but at the same time redirecting the sound files isn't that difficult. I know a few people in the PC do this with textures too. So rather than being in the dogz/catz forlder they are in another sub folder in the resources. So when adopting a pet they just go in and change the file directory so instead of being /resource/catz/texture.bmp it would be /resource/textures/texture.bmp or whatever the file path is.

That is so smart and organized..... ugh I might wanna do that but now I'd have to fix these others.... This is one of those things that I wish we had standards for hexing.

I wish there was a massive database with Hex IDs. Like it's not a big deal to change out the IDs of clothes or toyz I guess but like breeds? That can't be done if you want to breed/adopt/adopt out. Like let's say for whatever reason I changed the ID of the lepitaur file on my computer. Any lepitaurs from that file will not work on the original lepitaur file. Nor would any lepitaurs adopted from the original file work with the modified one.
